PRIVACY
what we collect
castl records runs this site to point people to our playlists. here's everything it does with data.
counting plays
when you tap a play button we count it: which playlist, which app, your country, and which ad sent you (if any). no cookies, and we don't store your IP address or anything that identifies you.
meta pixel (only if you say ok)
if you tap "ok" on the cookie banner, we load the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel. it sets cookies and tells Meta that you visited and which play button you tapped, so we can see which ads work. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy. if you tap "no thanks", nothing is sent to Meta.
fonts
our fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
changing your mind
your choice is saved in your browser. you can change it any time with cookie settings, or by clearing this site's data.
spotify, apple music, amazon music
once you leave for a music app, that service's own privacy policy applies.
